The company recently held a grand opening celebration at the property with senior executives from Toll Brothers and its Apartment Living division, as well as Aster development partners, leaders from local civic and neighborhood associations, local elected officials and members of the media. Designed by WDG Architecture, the 22-story, 270-unit luxury skyscraper is located on Congress Avenue between Oak Lawn Avenue and Turtle Creek. Construction of Aster began in 2019 and was completed in 2021, offering first occupancy in October. With a name inspired by the iconic Texas wildflower, Aster draws on deep roots in Dallas history while joining the prestigious Turtle Creek neighborhood with a dynamic and sophisticated new personality.
“Aster is located in a decidedly different area from the bustling commercial districts that many others are building in,” said Tommy Rhodus, Texas regional manager of Toll Brothers Apartment Living. “Instead, Aster is in a much quieter, more established residential area.
