Set against the backdrop of North Spectacle Lake in South Kent, the four bedroom house is surrounded by expansive French gardens created by Miranda Brooks. Couturier designed the classically inspired 4,048 square foot residence in 2001 on a 14 acre property abutting a land trust. The estate includes a guesthouse from 1710, a two-car garage and a Gunite swimming pool. Each room in the residence has either a view of the private lake or of the gardens.
