In his new role, Mark Collier will serve as M2G’s financial leader, developing growth opportunities, implementing financial strategies and streamlining business operations. He was previously CFO of Leon Capital Group, where he helped restructure the business and create post-pandemic growth. The hiring of Collier comes during a period of growth for M2G, Ventures, which has doubled the size of its team and tripled the size of its management.

Tim O’Brien, Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager
Tim O’Brien is based at Bank of Texas’ Sherry Lane location in Dallas. Within the Commercial Banking team, he focuses on businesses with revenues between $10 million and $75 million. Prior to joining Bank of Texas, he was a capital advisor at StackSource and a relationship manager at Wells Fargo, where he worked for over seven years. He also served as Senior Vice President of Citi.

Mike Kilpatrick, Vice President and Relationship Manager
Mike Kilpatrick is based at the Richardson location of the Bank of Texas. Within the Commercial Banking team, he focuses on businesses with revenues between $10 million and $75 million. Prior to joining Bank of Texas, he was Relationship Manager at Chase and Head of Corporate Banking at BBVA Compass. Kilpatrick has spent almost 20 years in the total financial industry.

Taylor Black, vice president
Taylor Black was promoted to vice president of Weitzman’s Dallas-Fort Worth office from his previous position as assistant vice president. He focuses on investment sales, tenant representation, land sales and site acquisition for commercial and industrial properties. Some of his clients include GNC, Ashley Stewart, Jam + Toast, Workout Anytime, Benjamin Moore, Plant Power, AOSS Medical Supply, and Broken Yolk Café. He has worked with Weitzman since 2016, when he joined the firm as a partner. Prior to that, Black was an IT recruiter for IDR, based in North Texas.

Giovanni M. Scardino, Assistant Vice President
Giovanni M. Scardino has been promoted to assistant vice president of Weitzman’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. He joined the firm as a partner in 2018. He focuses on commercial project leasing, investment sales and commercial tenant representation. Weitzman is one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate companies based in Texas.

Tracy Rumsey, Director of Commercial Interior Design
In her new role, Tracy Rumsey works with owners, design teams and consultants to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Prior to joining Merriman Anderson Architects, an architecture and interior design firm, she was Managing Partner at Space & Place Design Workshop. His 17+ year career in the industry includes positions at HKS in North Texas and Hinojosa Architecture & Interiors.

Erin Talent, Hotel interior design director
In her new role, Erin Tallent will lead a group of fellow design professionals to develop interior concepts. She will also work with owners, design teams and consultants to ensure projects meet time and financial constraints. Prior to joining Merriman Anderson Architects, she was a director at W3 Interiors, where she worked for five years.

Jason Needleman, President of the council
Jason Needleman is the CEO of Peacock Alley, a North Texas-based bedding and bath linens company. He has been a board member of local Dwell with Dignity since 2011, and Peacock Alley has been a sponsor of Thrift Studio, Dwell with Dignity’s month-long fundraiser, for many years. As Chairman of the Board, Needleman will oversee the Board of Directors and provide assistance in guiding employees of the nonprofit organization. Dwell with Dignity’s supplies and installs interiors for family homes and community spaces. They focus on helping people affected by homelessness and poverty.
