JE Dunn innovates in 24-story multi-family project in downtown Phoenix
Construction JE Dunn and Lincoln Companies, an Austin-based student housing and nationwide multi-family housing developer, announces the grand opening of 811 N. 3rd Street, a 24-story, 326-unit multi-family development located in the heart of downtown Phoenix’s arts district.
The upcoming project will offer state-of-the-art equipment, including a coffee-cocktail concept on the ground floor, coworking and conference spaces with a business lounge, secure bicycle parking and a dog park. The rooftop pool deck offers incredible views of downtown Phoenix, as well as an aquatic lounge, grills, and spa. The building will also have a state-of-the-art fitness studio, including a yoga and meditation room, a spin studio and saunas.

811 N. 3rd St. is Lincoln Ventures first multi-family development in Phoenix, Arizona. Lincoln Ventures is rapidly expanding its presence outside of its home state, recently announcing a student-focused multi-family project in Atlanta, Georgia. The company is best known for its successful student-focused multi-family developments in Austin, TX including The Ruckus, Ruckus 2.0, Moontower and Waterloo. Lincoln Ventures is also working on a 49-story multi-family tower in historic Rainey Street in downtown Austin, one of the country’s fastest growing and most active submarkets, similar to the Roosevelt Row Arts District.

811 N. 3rd Street is a partnership between Lincoln Ventures and Cross Harbor Capital Partners. JE Dunn is the general contractor and Arvest Bank will provide debt for the project. Shepley Bullfinch serves as the architect for the project and Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, based in Austin, TX, provides interior design services.
