Home sales top $1 billion in Preston Hollow for 2021
Preston Trough has more than proven its appeal to homebuyers in 2021, with sales volume in the neighborhood totaling over $1 billion last year.
The average number of days on the market has fallen by almost half and the number of homes sold in 2021 – 826 – has increased by around 100, according to a Allie Beth Allman & Associates analysis of data from the inter-agency service.
