Fort Worth Local Susan Semmelmann is an award-winning interior designer who brings over 25 years of style expertise to North Texas homes and businesses. This Fort Worth interior designer leads the industry in designing captivating spaces for every season. You may have noticed his showroom, Interiors by Susan Semmelmanngracing Vickery Boulevard in West Fort Worth.

“I believe home is sanctuary, family is everything, faith is the foundation, and giving is the answer,” says Semmelmann. “We call it home because that’s where we find life.”

The team at Interiors by Susan Semmelmann is passionate about creating a unique atmosphere for each project carried out. Semmelmann’s portfolio ranges from colorful and eclectic to contemporary industrial and charming colonial. “Your style is our style,” says Susan. “No two customers are alike, and no two designs are alike. So we want to be able to adapt to all areas and all the designs that our customers want.”

Each project to Interiors by Susan Semmelmann starts with a holistic approach that uses holistic plans and furniture layouts. Design patterns are drawn throughout the process, starting from scratch – through construction to those subtle finishing touches. As the summer months approach, Susan Semmelmann Interiors showcases rugged examples of vacation home and lakeside home designs. With the change of season, Semmelmann seeks to create spaces of renewal and peace, while preserving the elegance and character of the design.

Semmelmann’s team is currently working on the Hell’s Gate Lake House project. Semmelmann used cool interiors to complement the warmer weather and brighter skies outside. Neutral tones of copper, black and gray inspire calm, fostering the purposeful solitude her clients seek in their lakeside homes. Its floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the ethereal beauty of the surrounding environment, while the large wood-burning fireplace enhances the functionality of the design for year-round experiences. “This lakeside home was built for fun family time and weekend getaways, so I wanted to give my guests somewhere warm, comfortable, and inviting,” says Semmelmann.

To complement an already impressive portfolio, Semmelmann also supported five fort worth magazine Dream Street houses. With just over a dozen team members, Interiors by Susan Semmelmann currently has nearly 70 ongoing projects. The breadth and quality of their work is certainly enough to impress, but the most distinctive service Interiors by Susan Semmelmann provides is its commitment to elevating every design to the next level. While most interior design businesses buy goods from a marketplace or retailer, Interiors by Susan Semmelmann has designed an in-house line and can supply furniture from manufacturer to consumer for every project. They also make highly sought-after draperies and bedding in their workshop using fabrics imported from around the world. “We strive to personalize everything, so nothing is repeated,” says Susan. “We make sure every customer has something that has never been seen before.” If you want to collaborate with the team of Interiors by Susan Semmelmann, Click here to get in touch.
