A new office Frisco has landed its first tenant.
The Offices Three building is part of the Frisco Station mixed-use development, valued at $ 1.8 billion.

The six-story, 210,000 square foot Office Three building north of Warren Parkway has just opened.

“We are delighted to expand our presence in the North Texas market,” said Alan K. Davenport, President and CEO of Interieur Logic Group, in a statement. He said the new Frisco office “will serve as a technology hub for ILG, which is transforming the construction industry.
“After extensive research, we identified Frisco Station as a highly desirable location to attract top tech talent and a design studio for new home builders.”
Interior Logic Group is planning the new Frisco office, which will open this fall, for more than 50 employees.
