El Paso interior designer draws national attention to new TV show
EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A local interior designer brings national attention to Sun City. Fabiola Salayandia shows off her skills nationally as a design show candidate for “Hogar from HGTV”.
Fabiola Salayandia has been an interior designer in El Paso for 13 years.
“I am honored to represent El Paso,” said Salayandia.
One home in West El Paso has a brand new, luxurious bathroom that she designed, with custom builds and touches of gold that she loves to add to every project.
Salayandia decided to join the new ‘Hogar de HGTV’ Latino TV competition by showing off her innovations but also testing her creativity along the way.
“Having to design, build, paint and take care of everything at the same time is something I’m not used to,” she said of her experience.
She represents El Paso in competition with 8 other designers to create interior spaces on short notice and with a very limited budget.
“You have to manage your time. It was hard. In real life, you have the time. In a competition like this, that’s not the case, ”said Salayandia.
While the third episode has aired, Salayandia remains a serious contender. You can follow her on Instagram by clicking here.
The final is scheduled for October 11. You can watch the first episode in clicking here. Content / material courtesy of Hogar from HGTV.
