Chicago investment firm to develop 3 industrial buildings at Centennial Business Park
Brennan Investment Group, a Chicagoa private real estate investment company, acquired approximately 17.9 acres at 7194 S. Revere Parkway in Centennial, marking the company’s fourth development in Denver since 2018. Brennan plans to develop three Class A industrial buildings totaling approximately 219,960 rentable square feet.
The planned design includes first-class amenities that exceed market standards, including a headroom of 28 ‘, an ESFR sprinkler system, and ample parking and car loading spaces. The front / rear load yard design with a building depth of 180 feet is intended for multi-tenant occupancy with a minimum divisibility of 18,000 square feet.
