Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by ending hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, especially during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Care Practices, Gender and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direct responsibility of the Head of Humanitarian Access and Security Department, you provide crucial support to ACF teams by improving and increasing access through comprehensive analysis, network development, negotiation and engagement. community. In particular, you will work on context analysis and build scenarios based on geopolitical trends. You will work towards 3 key objectives: – Develop an analysis of geopolitical trends for the mission – Use the ACF access methodology, design and implement the ACF humanitarian access strategy for the mission – Diversify the sources of information for security and understanding of access

PROFILE

You have at least 2 years of program experience in an INGO in a similar position with prior experience in a fragile security environment You master risk assessment in field missions and you have proven experience in the implementation and development of management tools, procedures and rules, in conducting security environment training. English (oral and written) is professional Ukrainian and/or Russian is a plus

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

– Fixed-term contract of 6 months under French legislation – Gross monthly salary from 2010 to 2335EUR depending on experience – Monthly per diem and subsistence allowance: 493EUR net, paid in the field – Monthly country allowance: 450EUR – Child allowance: 1500EUR per year and per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000EUR/year) – 16% of the gross monthly salary for the reimbursement of pension insurance for foreign nationals – Transport and accommodation: Support for transport and bed and breakfast – Medical cover: 100% coverage of health and safety contributions + health insurance) and repatriation insurance – Leave and RnR: 25 days of paid leave per year, 20 RnR per year and 215 EUR for each RnR period – Training: Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Crossknowledge ©
